Web Application Developer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a web applications developer.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, WordPress Plug-In Development, MySQL, Apache, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and JavaScript, AJAX, XML.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce systems, Web 2.0 concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in object-oriented design and programming, user interface design, usability, and information architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of web application security, cross-browser compatibility, web application usability and workflow, and application functional testing.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player, works under own initiative to meet stated project targets and effectively handles multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Business Development Manager

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
  • Lead and develop staff by identifying training needs
  • Define and follow up of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for new projects
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
  • Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies
  • Provide in-depth consultations for clients while leading them to solutions that are mutually beneficial to both client and vendor: Always give best possible solution to our clients
  • Provide monthly reports to (Operation Manager)OM and CEO
  • Hold weekly meetings with (Operation Manager)OM
  • Properly document your account information from lead to sale
  • Bring clients in-house for meetings as much as possible
  • Create own pipeline to sustain with project numbers

Business Developer Marketing

  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in Web Development
  • Has at least 4 years relevant experience
  • Has handled VIP clients; Worked with international clientele, primarily in the U.S.
  • Excellent negotiation and oral communication skills
  • Punctual and responsible (never misses meetings or appointments)
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Able to meet targets
  • Consistently hit sales target quotas (at a 15%-20% conversion ratio)
  • Can handle stressful situations

UI Designer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology or related degrees.
  • Impressive online portfolio/online work; designer applicants with no online work or portfolio will not be entertained.
  • Solid 2 years experience in web design. Preference will be given to applicants with substantial web design experience especially working with foreign clients is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent design composition and web savvy art skills.
  • Must be reliable, proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional skills and be adept in the use of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator.
  • Solid grasp of HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver and CSS/table less design.
  • Related experience with Word Press design and development a plus as well as familiarity with JQuery and Actionscript.
  • Well-organized, self-directed, able to multi-task and understand the importance of detailed professional-quality work.
  • Must have a good understanding of browser compatibility and design resolution issues and make suggestions on overall site functionality, navigation, and architecture.

Digital Marketing Executive

  • Drive traffic to the website utilizing various online channels.
  • Improve search-engine rankings.
  • Brainstorm, plan and execute SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage on page and off page optimization.
  • Research popularity of sites linking to page.
  • Monitors brand mentions and engagement opportunities.
  • Should manage projects on organic optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation and link building.
  • Improve proactive, strategic optimization to achieve company’s bottom line.
  • Stays progressive on the current industry and imparts knowledge with team and clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, determine brand perceptions, evaluate market penetration, understand customer needs.
  • Should establish presence on social media network.
  • Thinks creatively and strategically in all social media promotions.
  • Follows the latest social marketing developments, monitors competitive landscape and consumer behaviors in order to understand current and future trends.
